This week, I was interviewed on Chamber Chats by the local TV station, Lincoln County Television. I talked with the host about my music therapy business, the work I do as a pain and trauma therapist, and music. It is so important to get the word out to my small community and beyond so folks who are in need of support know there is help out there. It was also so important for people to see me, a queer and trans therapist. Hearing my voice also helps people get a sense of who I am and how I am in sessions. I believe seeing interviews like this will help people who are looking for therapists to find the right one because they are not just reading the things we type on our webpages or services like Psychology Today or Inclusive Therapist. There is something so important about hearing someone's voice and seeing them to know if this person is someone you would like to connect with and explore working with them on your wellness goals. Check out my interview and see if you would like to work with me!
